Getting to Ya Nui Beach
Located near Nai Harn Beach on Phuket’s southern tip, Ya Nui Beach requires a bit of effort to reach, which is exactly why it stays relatively uncrowded. From Patong Beach, the journey takes about 30 minutes by car or motorbike. Head south toward Nai Harn, then look for the small signs pointing to Ya Nui. The final stretch involves a steep, narrow road that winds down the cliff face. Parking is limited to a small area at the top of the cliff, so arrive early during peak season.
The walk down to the beach takes about 5 minutes along a well-maintained path. While the path is manageable for most visitors, wear proper footwear as it can be slippery when wet.
